I was born and raised on a cherry and apple farm in Michigan. My father is a 4th generation farmer, and our farm has been in the family since the later 1800s. We've had everything from cattle [dairy and beef], grains and fruit. Our farm focuses on foods that go into processed foods like applesauce, pie fillings, jam, etc. Back in the day, our family supposedly help make moonshine for Al Capone!
I was supposed to be left-handed, but I was trained to be right-handed.
I played basketball, volleyball, and softball in high school.
My favorite color is purple.
For all those Harry Potter fans, I'm a Hufflepuff and my Patronus is an otter.
I've stepped foot on four continents (North America, Europe, Africa, and Asia).
I'm afraid of snakes.
My dream job would be to write the bios for the puppies in the Puppy Bowl.
I volunteer for a non-profit community theatre in the Northwest suburbs of Chicago.
I met my boyfriend while working on a theatrical production together. He played in the orchestra pit while I worked backstage. We've been together for over 2 years.
